We specialize in listing for a flat fee or free where a seller enters into a listing agreement for a fee rather than a percentage of the sale price for the listing side of the transaction. The buyer's broker is still typically offered their same commission . A discount flat fee MLS brokerage typically list the property for sale in the local multiple listing service (MLS) offering a limited to full service listing with our local experienced Agents and Brokers. You can be self -represented for as little as $399 to list with a full refund if not satisfied or with our referral program.
The main difference between flat fee MLS and traditional services is that the flat fee model allows the seller to sell by owner and not pay a Buyer's Agent commission. With traditional commissioned real estate agents, if you sell your own property, you will still owe the listing agent a commission. The bottom line is that the flat fee model gives the Seller the maximum exposure of the mls and the internet for less dollars allowing the seller to make a deal they wouldn't make with the traditional model due to the commission involved.
Please understand you are not a for sale by owner with our model . You must be listed with a real estate company to be entered into the MLS. With a flat fee listing you are listed with an agent but still have the option to sell as an owner with no commission. With our model you have our 24 hour info line with 2 minute description option with your phone # to get a buyer and pay no commission and our phone number as well to screen calls of buyers not qualified or interested in you home. We have local Agents in all our markets who also work with buyers and can possibly sell your home and would be entitled the same commission that a buyers Agent would be, the typical 3%. Still with this event, you save minimally the 3 % commission. The most likely event is another Agent from another company will bring the buyer.
