Started in 1991, Real Estate Advocates realized that real estate was an industry that was ready for change.  We were one of the first to offer Flexible Commissions and a Buyer's Agency.

We have multiple Flexible Commission Programs to offer your Sellers.  (Some, even pay you upfront regardless of whether the property sells!) 

Yes, you can get paid, even if the property doesn't sell and we'll teach you how.  Our broker consistently averages over $10,000 in income per month with this technique alone!

We have grown to be the largest flat fee company in SC, serving 7 of the largest markets.  That's right, we are in 7 different MLS's in the state and now have 9 national companies that refer clients to us.

Because of our relationship with these companies, we're able to provide our Agents with a large amount of qualified leads.  This, in turn, lets our Agents focus on what they do best... making sales!

For Sellers:

We offer our Sellers a number of flexible commission programs.  They love the fact that they're in control and many have saved thousands of dollars.

Because of this, many have referred their friends and provide us with a steady stream of qualified Sellers.

For Buyers:

In 1993 we became one of the first companies in South Carolina to offer Buyer's Agency.  It was our belief that Buyers needed their own "Real Estate Advocate".  Since then we  have offer  Buyers rebates, Buyers told their friends, investors found us and we've realized more sales.

For Agents:

Our Agents are given many options.  They can choose a more-traditional split-commission program or the popular 100% commission program which only requires a $299 per month flat-fee to participate in.

This program has no franchise fees and absolutely no desk fees.

Even better, we give our Agents $50 per month for each Agent they recruit into the flat-fee program or 10% of the company's commission on Agents who choose split -commission programs rather than flat-fees.

Recruit just 6 Agents (on the flat-fee program) and your personal fee is covered.  Recruit 10 Agents and you make a profit of $200 each and every month and keep 100% of all your commissions!

Another huge benefit we offer our Agents is the opportunity to make Residual Income even after they leave the company.  We continue to pay you for the rest of your life on any referred Agents that continue with the company. (You can even pass this income to your family) 

Plus, we allow our Agents to continue recruiting even after they leave our company and there is no "ceiling" for how much can be earned.  The sky is truly the limit.

In addition to financial incentives, we offer training to develop our Agents Marketing Skills and teach them how to receive fees for their services up-front.  This is loved by Agents as it reduces cash flow issues and allows an Agent to produce an income even on properties that don't sell.

We give our Agents all listings of the Broker in local markets to advertise and Broker referrals in all markets.  We are statewide and need more Real Estate Agents for every city in South Carolina.  We can even train our Agents on how to do Internet Advertising to expand their reach.
