Bob asked Dan if he was going to retire, and Dan said “no way.” He then said, “So what do you want to do now.” Like many entrepreneurs he had considered other things but didn’t nail down what it was that would be the next chapter. He said I thought about Real Estate in Columbia where commissions then were typically 7%. Bob asked, “Do you want to do something about that”. The birth of Real Estate Advocates now shifted from an idea to what became a reality.
