 We list for a fee, rather then a commission based on sales price, and suggest that you offer buyer agents their normal 3% commission. We list the property for sale in the local multiple listing service (MLS) offering a limited to full service listing with our local experienced Agents and Brokers. You can be self -represented if you choose for as little as $399 to list and deal with buyers and Agents on your own. Or, for $499 listing fee and $899 at closing let us use our expertise for full service representation with an MLS lockbox and your phone # on our info line. Full service with Magazine advertising, drone exposure and other services available in some markets at reduced commissions rather then flat fees. If not satisfied, up to a full refund is offered with our referral program to a traditional company after you close. With our fee for listing you save when listing vs. the traditional listing, plus you have the option to save more if you sell by owner, and not pay a Buyer's Agent commission. You can save 3-6% in the same MLS which is the # 1 way to sell real estate.

 The bottom line, our flat fee model gives the Seller the maximum exposure of the mls, local agent and company sites, as well as the 50 largest national real estate sites for less dollars. Our sellers can make a deal they wouldn't with the traditional model due to the commission involved. Our savings offers more flexibility in lowering price, offering closings cost, and money for repairs if needed. 

 With our model you can sell by owner and have exposure with the #1 way that homes are sold which is your local Mls service. If so, you still save the 3 % listing commisison. The most likely event is another Agent from another company will bring the buyer. It makes dollars & sense to pay 0 listing commisions and save 3%-6% to list in the same local MLS as the traditional companies.
